In honor of National Library Week, (April 3-9, 2022) we held a contest to be Librarian for a day! Winners got to shadow one of our librarians & learn all about shelving, programming & more. Take a look at our aspiring library leaders below! More will be added throughout April so check back!

Wednesdays May 4-June 8 4:00-4:45 pm
Join our puppet pals and learn how to communicate, express feelings and resolve conflicts in this 6 week program. Presented by Bergen County Children's and Family Aid Services.

THIS FREE TUTORING SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE FAIR LAWN HIGH SCHOOL NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY. CHILDREN SEEKING HELP MUST BRING SCHOOL WORK TO BE ASSISTED WITH. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
PLEASE BE AWARE: HOMEWORK HELP WILL BE CANCELLED WHEN SCHOOL AND/OR THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED.

Great Book Discussion Groups for Kids
Do you love to read? Would you like to share your thoughts about books with other like-minded kids? In-person book discussion groups are forming for children of all ages! All groups will read the same book and meet once a month on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm. Please have the listed book read for the meeting. Books can be ordered through bccls.org or by contacting the Children’s Department for help. Registration is required and limited.
